Online Individual One on One Personal Training & Coaching Services
I have limited spots for my Individual Online "One on One Personal Training" to be coached by me. Rates Vary depending on Frequency of Sessions and type of sessions during the month. For 2 check in online sessions per week it is $ 500.00 per month with each session being 45 minutes each to discuss and review your exercise program progress and to make adjustments to your program as needed. Discussions and information on nutrition provided specifically to support your goals will also be included. These Bi-weekly check in sessions will also focus on Life-Style Coaching and address "change-in-Lifestyle" issues to help you be accountable to your program, yourself, and goals. Meetings can be by Zoom (Video) or by Phone as well.

Written Individualized Exercise Program
If all you want is an exercise program written for you then I will write an individualized exercise program specific for your needs and goals. The written program will include a strength training Split-Routine that is organized throughout the week that targets every muscle group for the purpose of increasing lean muscle mass and strength. A description and explanation of exercises is included such as exercise selection, sets, & rep ranges/scheme. I will also discuss and explain the exercise program with you on Zoom in specific details based on your situation, goals, and needs. A pdf file of the individualized program will be e-mailed to you as well.
